FOOD VS EYESIGHT.
There are quite a number of quotes I subscribe to, and amongst them is this particular one.. "A Man is whatever He Eats". I know you know that the word "Man" in this context is unisex. It could be a male, female, an adult, a child, a toddler or whatever it is. It's paramount to note and know that your body can be a fertile ground or a barren land, depending on the type of food you give to it. If you give your body very good food, it will give you results that commensurate with it and so it is the other way round.
Few Days ago, I dropped a blog post that I title "YOUR RODS AND CONES" and I can still remember that I said I would be writing another blog post where I would highlight good foods that enhance eyesight. I mean, foods that are very good for your rods and cones. Remember that this world is very beautiful and you need to preserve your eyesight to continue to see the beauty therein and this is exactly what I would do in this particular piece.
Please note that the ones I would list would be those ones that will be very easy to get here in Nigeria.
